You deffinatly dont need to power shift to get thease times.I lift my right foot between every shift and shift as fast as possible. I was trying all differant rpms to launch, any where from 4000-5000rpm and varied amounts of riding the clutch. Its hard to get all the right combinations perfect in one day. If i was able to get to the track every weekend i would have a better idea of the perfect driving technicks. I shift out of first to second at 6800 to 7100rpm depending on the launch. every other shift is at 6500-6700rpm to stay in a decent power band. i hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
:be willing to describe your technique for pulling off these great ETs? Are you totally powershifting/killing the transmission, or is there a way you can shift quickly and not destroy it? :What are your shift points? Launch RPM/technique? :Thanks a lot..
